Do you have open gym hours?
At this time, we do not have open gym hours. We offer personal training sessions by appointment and group classes. See our schedule of group classes.

Can I stop in to check out the facility?
Yes, please do. We request that you make an appointment with us prior to your visit.
Do you offer free classes?
The Elite Training Studio only offers classes and training in packages.
Can you drop-in for classes?
Yes but please contact the studio to discuss the best class option. Participants sign up to attend class ahead of time on our website or our mobile app. If space is available, you may sign up the day of the class.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PRIVATE TRAINING)
Members must cancel 3 hours prior to their training session. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of that session.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full prior to the start of any service.
